Who We Are
Charlie Reeder- President
Charlie Reeder joined the Marine Corps in 2006 at the age of 20 years old with a passion to personally take part in making the country a safe and protected place. He was stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and assigned to 2nd Battalion 6th Marines as a Heavy Machine Gunner. In 2007 he deployed to Fallujah, Iraq, in which his unit is credited with, “The pacification of the most dangerous city in Iraq.” Amongst the many hardships, firefights, and insurgent conflicts, Charlie was involved in 3 different IED explosions. The attacks he suffered in Fallujah caused him a life altering spinal injury along with damaged hearing. After attempting various rehabilitation procedures and therapies, Charlie had his spine fused in 2016.In 2008 he deployed as part of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and provided maritime security throughout the Middle East and Europe. This tour of duty also included joint training operations with different military forces around the world.
The end of Charlie’s military career in 2010 lead him to New York City to attend the prestigious Fordham University, where he graduated from in 2013 with a Bachelors Degree. After graduation, he began a career in finance working as a broker dealer at Drexel Hamilton, a firm operated and run by disabled military veterans, and then made the transition to Private Wealth at Barclays and then Merrill Lynch.
In April 2017 Charlie met with Don Terwilliger to start a service disabled veteran owned printing company, Custom Marketing Solutions, to provide top quality printing and marketing services and to give back to the veteran community by providing employment and benefits to those who have served their country.
